Lakeville Zoning Board reinstates cease-and-desist order over School Street firewood operation. The board voted unanimously to bar use of a conveyor belt and loader attachment at 11 School Street after appellant Paul Turner, of Ledgewood Drive, documented roughly 40 cords of wood leaving the property in November alone and played video of the noise from inside his home. Neighbor Grace Turner said "turning the conveyor belt on at all constitutes commercial use," while Monique Began and a neighbor identified only as Elvis both said they were considering selling their homes over the disturbance.

The board also unanimously approved an LED sign permit for a local church, sought by petitioner Lawrence Rubidoux, and a 29,400-square-foot cold-storage addition on Kenneth Welch Drive represented by attorney Michael Shaughnessy.
