LAKEVILLE -- Eleven properties changed hands in Lakeville between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $490 to $935 and a median of $700, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. The period's highest-priced sale went to a limited liability company, while two other transfers appear to have kept properties within the same family.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 11 transactions recorded during the period, nine included a disclosed consideration amount; two were recorded without a listed sale price, which the registry does not require for every transfer.
