Nine Lakeville Deeds Recorded in September, Most Involving Family Trust Transfers
Nine property deeds were recorded in Lakeville between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one, the sale of 13 Woodland Drive for $320 on Sept. 4, included a price by press time; prices for the other eight had not yet posted to the registry. Seven of the nine transfers show matching family surnames between seller and buyer, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family, including three Kitchen family properties and two Dow family properties moved into trusts. With pricing available for only one of nine deeds, the data does not support broader conclusions about market value or tone this period.
