Six of ten July deeds carry no disclosed price as family trust transfers mark Lakeville market
Ten property deeds were recorded in Lakeville between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four listed a sale price. Among those four, prices ranged from $420 to $796, with a median of $602. The month's highest disclosed sale was 1 Katies Way at $796. Clear Pond Road had two of the period's ten transactions. Five of the ten deeds involved transfers between family members or into personal trusts, and none of those five disclosed a price -- a pattern distinct from the four arm's-length sales, all of which listed a price.
