Conservation Commission 2026-04-28 Part 2 · Meeting of April 28, 2026

Lakeville Conservation Commission approves a septic repair near Long Pond, continues five other wetlands cases to May. Chair Nancy Yeatts and the full board unanimously issued a standard Order of Conditions for 8 Beechtree Drive, where engineer Nyles Zager of Zenith Consulting Engineers proposed a raised bottomless sand filter he called the "smallest impact" option for the tight lakefront lot. The order won't take effect until after May 9, pending a state Natural Heritage response.

Separately, a proposed single-family home off Montgomery Street and Green Lot Circle remains stalled pending an Army Corps of Engineers determination on whether roughly 9,075 square feet of an on-site bog is fillable upland; that case, along with hearings on 150 Bedford Street, 107 Hemlock Shore Road, 234 Kenneth Welch Drive and 30 Howland Road, was continued to May 12 or May 26. The board also issued two Certificates of Compliance for 4 Furlong Circle.
