Six Lakeville Deeds Recorded as Two of Six Sale Prices Disclosed
Six property transfers were recorded in Lakeville between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Only two included a disclosed sale price: 4 Wagon Trail sold for $960 on July 30, and 1 Village Rd. sold for $895 on July 29, for a range of $895 to $960 and a $927 median among disclosed sales. The 4 Wagon Trail sale was the period's highest disclosed transaction. The remaining four transfers, including one estate sale and several trust and family transactions, carried no disclosed price. With only a third of transfers priced, the six recorded deeds reflect modest, steady volume but limited data to characterize the broader market.
