Nine Lakeville Properties Change Hands as Most Sale Prices Go Unrecorded
Nine properties changed hands in Lakeville between July 10 and Aug. 8, per Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but only three transfers disclosed a sale price, ranging from $525 to $796 with a median of $680. The top disclosed sale was 1 Katies Way at $796, sold by the Uhlin Realty Trust to Thomas David Gabriel Jr. and Cosette Ayoub. Clear Pond Road was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Five of the nine transfers involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, often moving property into a family trust, and none of those five disclosed a price, a pattern typical of intra-family deed transfers rather than open-market sales.
