Lakeville Conservation Commission closes septic hearing, continues cold storage expansion review. The board voted unanimously to close the hearing on a septic upgrade at 4 South Avenue, adding a condition that a trailer and shed near the wetland be removed before silt fence installation. Engineer Garrett Horsfall of Kelly Engineering Group presented a proposed 29,000-square-foot freezer building addition at 234 Kenneth Welch Drive for Sanbury Campus LLC and contractor Campanelli Companies, saying the design corrects a drainage gap dating to the building's 2008 construction.

"That was flagged in November of last year by John Rockwood at Ecotech," Horsfall said of a wetland boundary near the site. That hearing, along with ones for 30 Helen Avenue and 150 Bedford Street, was continued into April. Members also reported no violations found during a Pinecrest Village site visit prompted by a resident complaint.
